What I like about the powerplates is that it is personalize and its small groups. What I would like is more variety of classes like spinning, trx or ropes out side. Mix it up a little. Otherwise it is great!

There are many things that I enjoy about Streamline including feeling that I get a complete workout in one hour. The workouts on the plate have not aggravated my back and holding plank makes me feel so strong. Each staff member offers something special.
